Willow is a seal point Siamese cat, born in June of 2005. She has had her "hand" in every aspect of jewelry designing, but she is most interested in quality control. She enjoys batting and rolling beads and is especially drawn to the Swarovski crystals.
Willow is ever-present in the jewelry making process, from design, to computer work to shipping.
When she is not busy supervising the business, she can be found lounging in the sun, playing with her brother Sammie (our orange tabby cat).

Thousands of years ago, cats were worshipped as gods. Cats have never forgotten this.

We sadly mourn the loss of our beloved Joey in June 2008. Joey was
almost 19 years old and led a long and (we hope) happy life with us.
Joey was a blue lynx point Balinese who had won a best kitten in show
ribbon when he was about 10 months old. He was a very vocal cat,
and never missed the opportunity to check out anyone new in the
house and would talk to anyone who would listen (and even if they
didn't want to listen!) There was never any doubt who was boss.
Even Buddy (the dog) would allow Joey to eat from his dish. He loved
to sit on the kitchen stool and watch me make dinner. He also loved to
sleep in enclosed spaces and we found him inside pillowcases on the
bed, amongst towels in the linen closet and in a lump under the covers
of our bed.
In his later years, Joey became quite deaf, which made his voice even
louder. He could sometimes be quite crotchety and never hesitated to
put little Willow in her place if she got too boisterous for his taste. He
enjoyed snuggling under the covers with me when I would read in bed
and would definitely make it known if I stayed up past his bedtime!
The world will certainly be a quieter place and my nights will surely be
much colder without Joey. We will all miss him.
